We can perform full or part restorations depending on what is required. More often than not our customers want to do some of the work themselves, so that they feel that they are involved with their passion and get us to do the bits they don't have the skills or equipment for.
When the above 90,000 mile Z1100 shaft came in, it had been seriously abused and had not seen any TLC for many years. We bought it for parts, but felt sorry for it and gave it a full nut and bolt restoration, with some light customising such as fitting period brembo brake calipers on the front. Almost the entire job was performed in-house with the notable exception of chrome plating and we had the frame powder coated. We even designed the paint job and applied it (we don't usually offer paint jobs - this was a one off). The bike has plenty of custom made parts created in house. The wiring was in as bad a condition as the engine clearly was and so we had to make a complete new loom from scratch.
Whatever your project and whatever you want, from ultrasonic clean of the carbs through to a nut and bolt, ground up restoration we should be able to help. Because we're never short of work, we'll even teach you how to do the work yourself on your own bike!
Below is a Kawasaki Z1A engine we rebuilt for a customer, freshly fitted in the frame.
Here's a Laverda SF2 750 that had been badly abused and we gave to engine a total restoration rebuild.
We will take on part or full custom builds from classic cafe racers to Harley choppers
and all in between.
We're passionate bikers, not bread head businessmen. Feel free to give us a call to chat about your project.
